The short version.

The audit is a tool, not advice. Brando's audit and chat answers are informational. They're meant to help you think clearly about your brand voice. They aren't legal, financial, or strategic guarantees.

Don't abuse it. Don't try to use the tool for content that isn't your own. Don't try to jailbreak the chat. Rate limits apply.

Brando Credits. Paid plans include a monthly allotment of Brando Credits. Credits are consumed when you ask Brando to generate, refine, or evaluate content. Short requests cost very little. Long ones cost more. Standard plan credits roll over for one billing cycle. Top-up credit packs do not expire. Credits aren't refundable for cash, can't be transferred between accounts, and have no value outside the platform. We may change credit costs for new features with reasonable notice. If you cancel, unused credits expire at the end of the billing period you paid for.

Your voice is yours. The Brando model trained on your brand is yours. If you ever leave, we hand you the training set. We don't use one customer's voice to train another customer's Brando.

We can change things. We may update pricing, features, and these terms. We'll do our best to tell you about anything that matters.
